The fuel hanger eliminates the fine-micron in-tank fuel filter of the OEM fuel pump hanger. It is highly recommended to use an aftermarket fine-micron (less than 10 micron) fuel filter on the feed line. The Radium fuel hanger plumbing kit (detailed below) is a good option.
- There will be enough components included with this option to use 1 or 2 fuel pumps. Depending on the setup, some parts will simply not be used.
The plumbing kits include everything required to connect the fuel hanger directly to an aftermarket fuel rail and FPR for both single and dual pump configurations. This includes a pre-made PTFE -8AN feed line with in-line filter from the hanger up to the engine bay and the kit re-uses the factory feed line as the regulator return line. The OEM return line is not reused (too small). This plumbing kit MUST be used with an aftermarket fuel rail and pressure regulator.
